SHIPPING
Physical Items ordered on my website are in Canadian Funds (artworks, art prints) and are priced including shipping unless indicated. Shipping costs will vary according to the weight and size dimension of product or product packaging. If a custom painting commission is ordered, shipping costs are discussed in the client communication upon initial order.
Shipping is through Canada Post (regular mail or regular parcel), 5-7 business days. If faster shipping is requested, client pays for expedited rates.
Service items such as art instruction and art lessons do not require shipping.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Clients and customers receiving artworks can return any damaged item via regular Canada Post shipping rates. I will cover the shipping costs for returning any damaged product. "Damaged* refers to any visible scratch or tear on painting surface or warping in framework. A credit for the value of damaged item will be provided to the purchaser to replace the value of the item.8
Art lessons or workshops registrations are non refundable) but can be credited to other workshops if the workshop event is cancelled or postponed. A registration can be sold or given to another student if a registered participant participant is unable to attend.
